Dave Phillips, Composer and regular contributor to the Linux Journal, has a nice presentation of HighC:

"HighC has become a staple item in my own composer's toolkit, and I recommend this software to anyone looking for a graphic composition system."

Check his paper in Linux Journal: Java Sound & Music Software for Linux, Part 2.

    HighC featured on Electronic Musician

Say it with pictures, a paper by Dennis Miller, features HighC proeminently among other image-to-sound converters.

Among others: "[HighC] is unique in its approach to working with image conversion and has a strong heritage from which many interesting compositions have been created."

    A nice read...

CandyCovered Clown (from Latvia) has some nice words:

"its only 29.99 Euros, its simple but powerful&you can draw TITS innit if you like and then listen to results, its very basic but constantly evolving and the more geeks will support the developers the faster HighC becomes even more powerfull
here is a small picture of my first "composition"".

I can't believe no one has posted:

Especially, but not exclusively for all you've done, I wish you the happiest of holiday seasons Thomas, if I may be so familiar.
